This one day event appeals to new users needing a grounding for ECM project planning and also experienced users wanting to update on what is available from the latest technology. The AIIM-provided course content is taken from the highly successful AIIM ECM Certificate Program, and is delivered by, our Head of EMEA Education Services, Hanns Köhler-Krüner.
The ECM Champions Workshop provides a more intimate and learning-focused experience for delegates than a larger exhibition or more formal conference. Feedback from last year’s launch event was overwhelmingly favourable, from both delegates and sponsors.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the role and scope of ECM within the organisation and how to evaluate the potential for return on investment against various criteria. Basic technologies will be explained and “shopping list” functionalities explored. We will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to get ownership and support from senior executives and colleagues.
The AIIM educational content will be broken up by practical presentations from participating sponsors. This will illustrate and discuss the scope of modern ECM systems and how they interface to users and other systems within the organisation. The vendor exhibition provides the oppotunity to learn about latest developments, compare solutions and discuss your specific issues with the industry's leading vendors.
